| The company
was formed in 1977 and has designed and constructed a
range
of buildings. These have comprised
small to large upmarket houses, some on individual
plots built as a speculative project and some built
directly for clients. A number of flats have been constructed
from a relatively small block of four units to some
twenty eight units including underground car parking. |

Hystar carry out complete turnkey operation from sourcing
of sites, obtaining planning permission and if necessary
taking the application to planning appeals. Carrying
out negotiation with the various statutory authorities
and finally construction of the project. Projects are
built on both Greenfield and Brownfield sites and include
carrying out all the necessary investigations to determine
if remedial work is required to clean up the site prior
to development. Some of Hystar’s projects have
been carried out as joint ventures with landowners. |

On the commercial
front, Hystar Construction Ltd has designed and built small
office structures and carried out a complex extension to
a church involving reconstructing stonework to follow the
Edwardian design features. Also, specialist swimming pools
for schools and private individuals.
The company has carried out both speculative developments and also developments
for individual clients, Local Authorities, Charities and Housing Associations
on a design and build basis. |
