Part-time Office & Accounts Administrator


We are currently looking for an office/accounts administrator to join our small team based in Reigate.  Your primary responsibility is to provide book-keeping and general administration in all areas of the business.

  • You will have good attention to detail as well as a “can do” attitude. 

  • You will need to be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Software, including, Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • You will also have a clear and confident telephone manner as you will be communicating with clients and suppliers throughout the day. In addition to this, you will need good written communication skills as you will be writing e-mails to clients and suppliers, and forwarding emails internally.

  • The role is varied and as such, requires you to be organised and have a deep understanding of how to provide exemplary client service.


Having an interest in the property sector would be helpful but not essential.

The role is 25 hours a week and requires a flexible office presence 5 days a week.


You will be familiar with Sage or a similar accounting package. You will not be required to create reports but will be required to generate standard reports and be fully conversant with populating the sales and purchase ledgers as required.

  • You will be preparing and submitting the quarterly VAT returns

  • Preparing year-end financial accounts for external accountants

  • Preparing and submitting the monthly Construction Industry Scheme return

  • Preparing sales invoices



The role will also require you to look after the accounts of our portfolio of managed properties. Again, you will be checking both sales and purchase invoices, filing documents, updating spreadsheets and generating the annual service charge and maintenance invoices.
