Skills and attributes desirable

• The ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Good communication and excellent teamwork skills

• Comfortable working at a height

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Good physical condition

• Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures

• Capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely

• Must have previous experience

• Full drivers licence and over 21 years old
-
Main duties include
-
• Performing general maintenance on existing owned properties
-
• Performing set up and clean up tasks at any job site
-
• Performing other duties as assigned
-
• Operate power tools and machinery
-
• Assist with the building of new/old structures
-
• Load and unload materials and equipment
-
• Driving fork lifts (if certificate held)
-
• Follow health and safety regulations
-
• Potential to move up to site foreman
-
